About Us The original Tamale Kitchen is known throughout Denver for their wide variety of quick and delicious Mexican food. After being loyal customers for so many years, my family decided it was time to expand the Tamale Kitchen name to Denver’s southern suburbs. Starting in 2005, we opened our first independently owned Tamale Kitchen (#4) in Littleton, Colorado. We learned that many of our Littleton customers knew the Tamale Kitchen name and soon became very loyal customers. From there, we decided to expand and open our second location in Highlands Ranch, Colorado in 2007 (Tamale Kitchen #8). We are proud to say we currently opened our third location (Tamale Kitchen #9) in Roxborough! Click here for the address to our new location!
